Export procedure and preparation of export documents

20/06/2023

On June 18–19, 2023, a two-day training session was held for members of the Women in Wine Industry Association (WIWI) at IOTA Hotel Tbilisi. The training focused on export procedures and the preparation of export documentation, a crucial component for expanding international market access for Georgian women winemakers.

The session was led by Nunu Akhvlediani, who provided participants with practical guidance and regulatory insights on export logistics, documentation standards, and best practices for wine export compliance.

This training was organised with the support of the Private Sector Development and Vocational Education in the South Caucasus (PSD TVET SC) programme, implemented in Georgia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan in cooperation with the respective national ministries and the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ), on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).
